Hi, I am Jiabi Wang! I am a PhD Candidate in Behavioral Science at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

I study consumer behavior, with a particular focus on how people pursue their goals over time. 

Goals and time shape much of how people navigate everyday life. My research on goals examines how people navigate multiple goals and how motivation changes over the course of goal pursuit. My research on time examines how people perceive time and how those perceptions shape judgments and behavior.

Prior to graduate school, I earned my master’s degree from Yale University.

Outside of research, I enjoy spending time with my cat and doing crafts.
